                          Blue Star Mobile Group PLC:

                   Contract signed with Motorola Asia Pacific

Blue Star Mobile Group PLC ("Blue Star"), the AIM listed provider of
entertainment and promotional content via mobile phones, announces that it has
entered into a partnership with Motorola Asia Pacific to develop and manage a
Mobile Sales Tool application designed specifically for Motorola Sales Promoters
who are based in retail throughout China.

The Sales Tool is downloaded by each Sales Promoter to their mobile phone and
gives them 'real-time' access to a wide range of useful information that will
help them deliver a better service to customers. The Sales Tool is built
specifically for mobile usage and also enables the Sales Promoters to
communicate with each other.

The Sales Tool is thought to be first of its kind and could potentially be
launched in other global territories.

Steve Clarke, Chief Executive of Blue Star Mobile says "We are delighted to have
entered into this project with Motorola China. Over the past six months we have
established a fantastic relationship with the Product and Marketing teams in
Beijing. Our main objectives when creating the Sales Tool was to deliver an
application in a mobile environment that gave Motorola Sales Promoters access to
real-time information and ultimately give them additional tools to help them
deliver a better service to customers."
