The Company has today been informed that Steven Clarke, CEO, has transferred
200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to Owen Purcell, Product
Director, Blue Star Mobile Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) for #0.00 (nil)
consideration as of 28 October 2005. This has reduced Steven Clarke's interest
in the Company from 5,000,000 to 4,800,000 ordinary shares, which represents
16.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
