Stock Option Grant
Burst Media Corporation announces that on 22 June 2010, it granted options to
purchase 350,000 shares of common stock under its 2006 Stock Option Plan at an
exercise price of $0.10 per share to Steven Hill, Executive Director and Chief
Financial Officer. These option awards will vest over a four year period at a
rate of 25% per annum and have a 10 year contractual term.
