                                ISSUE OF SHARES


Braemore Resources plc (AIM: BRR) announces that options have been exercised by
Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited to purchase 750,000 new ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 1p per share.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
in the Company.  Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to AIM
and admission is expected to take place on 22nd December 2006.


Following the above issues, the Company's total number of issued ordinary shares
will be 543,182,988.
