SUBSTANTIAL INVESTMENT


The Company announces that today it confirmed its participation in a placing by
Braemore Resources plc (BRR.L) ("Braemore"). The Company has purchased 3 million
Braemore ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Braemore Shares") at the placing price
of 10p per Braemore Share, and recently acquired an additional 1.3 million
Braemore Shares in the open market, thereby making a total investment in 4.3
million Braemore Shares at an average price of 10.9p per Braemore Share.
