BRAEMORE RESOURCES PLC

Exercise of Options

Braemore Resources Plc ("the Company") announces options to subscribe for
182,988 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1p per share have been
exercised.

The options were exercised pursuant to the existing agreement between the
Company and Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser. Under
the Nominated Adviser Agreement, the Company issued options over 3,000,000
Ordinary Shares on Admission to AIM in favour of NWCF LLP (the Nominee of
Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited).

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares
of the Company. Application will be made for admission of these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this option exercise is
200,182,988.
