    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 24 July 2008 it has purchased 1,150 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 3.30 per share for a total consideration of EUR 3,795.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 1,004,728 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,599,088 (excluding shares held in treasury).
