    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 14 July 2008 it has purchased 720 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of EUR 3.91 per share for a total consideration of EUR 2,817.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 861,410 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,742,406 (excluding shares held in treasury).
