    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 10 July 2008 it has purchased 10,200 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 4.08 per share for a total consideration of EUR 41,626.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 851,590 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,752,226 (excluding shares held in treasury).
