    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 9 July 2008 it has purchased 42,810 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 4.18 per share for a total consideration of EUR 179,117.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 841,390 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,762,426 (excluding shares held in treasury).
