    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 7 July 2008 it has purchased 13,500 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 4.65 per share for a total consideration of EUR 62,775.

    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 779,530 ordinary shares in treasury. 

    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of  74,824,286  (excluding shares held in treasury).
