Brammer plc has today been advised that Mourant & Co, as trustees of the Brammer
plc Employee Share Ownership Trust, have today purchased 21,329 ordinary shares
in the Company at 138p per share on behalf of the Brammer plc Performance Share
Plan ('the Plan').
