Completion of the Sale of Buck and Hickman for GBP27.6
million
Travis Perkins plc is pleased to announce that it has completed
the sale of the business and assets of Buck and Hickman to Brammer
plc for a total cash consideration of GBP27.6 million, on a
debt-free, cash-free basis. The acquisition was originally
announced by the Company on 2 September 2011.
