Facilities renewal

Brammer plc, the leading pan-European added value technical distributor, is pleased to announce that it has renewed its banking facilities. The new facility is for EUR100m with a five year term and has been secured with a consortium of three banks comprising HSBC Bank plc, KBC Bank NV, and Clydesdale Bank plc (trading as Yorkshire Bank).
