  * Brammer plc was notified on 23 April 2008 that Mrs Penelope Frances Fraser
    (a Connected Person) purchased 6084 ordinary shares of 20p each in the
    Company at 263p per share on 21 April 2008 on behalf of her ISA account.



  * Brammer plc was notified on 23 April 2008 that Mr Ian Robert Fraser and
    Mrs Penelope Frances Fraser (a Connected Person) each purchased an
    additional 1035 shares at 263p on 23 April 2008 behalf of their ISA
    accounts.
