BOARD CHANGE
Brammer, the European industrial services group, today announces that Mr Chris
Conway is to retire from the board as planned on 31 December 2006.
Mr Conway has been a member of the Brammer board since 1997, becoming senior
independent non-executive director in 2005. Mr Terence Garthwaite will become
senior independent non-executive director from 1 January 2007.
David Dunn, non-executive chairman of Brammer plc, said:
"Chris has served on the Brammer board for 9 years during which time he has made
an immense contribution both as a non executive director and senior independent
director. We have valued his wise counsel and support over those years and wish
him well in the future."
Chris Conway, said:
"I have enjoyed being on the Board of Brammer. In my time with the company it
has been transformed into a truly pan-European business able to service the
needs of the largest multi-national customers. I wish the company and its people
every success."
