Investment Advisers Ltd holds 497,000 shares representing 3.50% of the Company's
total voting rights.

Kenneth Murray personally holds 23,000 shares in the company representing 0.16%
of the Company's total voting rights.

In summary, Kenneth Murray is the beneficial owner of 2,745,000 shares
representing 19.33% in the Company.
