Investment Management Holdings Ltd, Asset
Management Holdings Ltd and Gartmore Investment
Management Plc, have an interest in 5,414,500
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

Of this figure Gartmore Investment Ltd have an
interest in 4,180,750 shares, representing 13.19%
of the Company's total shares in issue.

NatWest Investment Management Ltd have an
interest in 1,233,750 shares, representing 3.89%
of the Company's total shares in issue.
