Total Voting Rights - Amendment

The following replaces the Total Voting Rights announcement (RNS number: 0867O)
released 09:58, 18 December 2006.


The previous announcement erroneously referred to the Class of share as Ordinary
shares of 1p each whereas the share capital of the Company is in fact Ordinary
shares of 0.1p each.
