We refer to the Deed Poll dated 25 March 1999 (the "Deed Poll") and in particular Clause 6 thereof. Words and expressions defined in the Deed Poll shall have the same meanings when used in this letter.

The Issuer hereby gives notice that is has received notice from the Put Provider on 2 March 2018 that the Put Provider intends to cancel the Put Option, such cancellation to be effective as from 12 March 2018 (the "Cancellation Date") pursuant to Clause 6 (Cancellation of Put Provider) of the Deed Poll.
