  A listing application has been made for 4,000 
  ordinary shares of 0.095p each in the Company, 
  for shares allotted pursuant to the exercise 
  of share options, to be admitted to the Official 
  List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading 
  on the London Stock Exchange. 
 
  4,000 ordinary shares of 0.095p each were allotted 
  pursuant to The Sporting Exchange Limited Approved 
  Company Share Option Plan. 
 

These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur at 8am on 6(th) May 2015.
