Bourne End Properties Plc ("Bourne End") has been informed that following recent
purchases the interests of Dawnay, Day International Limited and its directors
(including Peter Klimt who is also a director of Bourne End) have increased
from 3,925,713 Ordinary Shares to 5,610,713 Ordinary Shares representing 8.09%
of the issued share capital of Bourne End.  The interests disclosed above
include the increases in the interests of Peter Klimt announced to the Stock
Exchange on 26 and 27 October in his capacity as a director of Bourne End.
