Pohjola Bank said Friday it will issue a EUR750 million bond on August 17 under its EMTN program in international capital markets.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-The bond has a maturity of three years with variable-rate interest.

-Barclays Capital, HSBC, Pohjola Bank plc and UBS will act as joint lead managers.

-The issue will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
