The Company received notice today that Astara Management Limited (a person closely associated with Sir Nigel Rudd, Chairman of the Company) has sold 57,200 shares at a price of GBP3.3165 today. Following this transaction Sir Nigel's total beneficial holding including those of his connected persons is 182,000 shares.
