Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Further to the Company's announcement of 8 September relating to
the Company's proposal to repay its 5% First Cumulative Preference
Stock and 7% Cumulative Preference Stock, JL announces that today
it posted to shareholders an explanatory circular (the "Circular")
convening a general meeting and class meetings. The Circular has
been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism. The Circular is
also available to view on the Company's website at

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement
