Baloise commences share buy-back programme
 
 
Basel, 29 September 2008. The Baloise is to initiate its new share buy-back
programme via the first trading line.
 
The Baloise announced its new share buy-back programme at the annual media
conference on 26 March 2008. A maximum of 2,000,000 shares are to be
repurchased. This corresponds to a maximum of 4% of the shares issued. The share
buy-back will commence on 29 September and is set to last until 30 April 2009.
The shares will be repurchased through the first trading line at SWX Europe.
