Notice of General Meeting

Avanti Communications Group PLC (AIM: AVN) ("Avanti" or the "Company"), a leading provider of satellite data communications services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, announces that a notice of General Meeting ("GM") has been posted to shareholders today and is available to download from the Company's website at www.avantiplc.com.

At the GM, resolutions relating to: (i) the laying of the annual report and accounts; (ii) appointing KPMG LLP as auditor of the Company; (iii) authorising the Directors to determine the remuneration of the auditor; (iv) authorising the Directors to allot shares in the capital of the Company; and (v) authorising the Directors to allot equity securities for cash in certain circumstances, will be proposed.

The GM will be held at Cobham House, 20 Black Friars Lane, London EC4V 6EB on Monday 29 July 2019 at 9.30 a.m.
