Graham  J Duncan, Gordon B Sleigh and Nicholas Berry, three directors  of  the
company, have today sold their entire holdings of warrants in the company.  Mr
Duncan  sold  1,736,126 warrants (39.2% of the outstanding issue),  Mr  Sleigh
sold  82,867  warrants  (1.9% of the outstanding  issue)  and  Mr  Berry  sold
1,479,519  warrants (33.4% of the outstanding issue).  The warrants  were  all
sold at a price of 140p. In addition, Nicholas Berry has sold 380,000 ordinary
shares for a price of 300p per ordinary share.

The  last  date  by  which all outstanding warrants may  be  exercised  is  30
September  1999.  If all the outstanding warrants are exercised  in  full  the
Company  will  receive over #7 million from an issue of new  shares  resulting
from the warrant exercise.

Following the disposals, the directors retain significant beneficial interests
in the ordinary share of the company, as follows:
