ATH Resources Plc ("ATH Resources" or "the Company") 
Holdings in Company 
 
 
The directors of ATH Resources announce that on 29 May 2009, the Company 
received notification from AXA S.A. that on 28 May 2009, AXA Framlington and AXA 
Investment Managers UK Limited together acquired a total of 50,000 Ordinary 
Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the 
Company. 
 
 
As a result of this transaction, AXA Framlington now holds 4,412,000 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 11.01% of the Company's issued share capital and AXA 
Investment Managers UK Limited holds 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% 
of the Company's issued share capital. In aggregate, AXA S.A. now 
holds 4,437,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.07% of the issued share capital 
of the Company.
