Announcement of Final Results

Asterand plc (LSE: ATD). On 23 March 2011, the Company announced its intention to release its results on 7 April 2011. The Company is now postponing the release of these results until the 28(th) of April 2011.

Prior to the completion of the 2010 audit, the Company needs to finalise terms and conditions of the financing arrangements for the BioSeek acquisition, and the timing of the payment. While the Company previously announced these arrangements were in place, they have been impacted by trading conditions in March.

The Company remains positive about trading expectations for 2011 as a whole, continuing the growth experienced in 2010.
