    ("ArgentVive" or the "Company")

    Temporary Suspension of trading in securities

    The Board of ArgentVive announces that trading in its ordinary shares on AIM has been suspended as the Group will be unable to publish
its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 by 30 September 2008.

    ArgentVive announced on 25 June 2008 that the Board was restructuring the Company in order to focus on its core businesses. This process
is progressing well and once completed the Company will then be in a position to release the Report and Accounts and seek for the
restoration of dealings on AIM. 

    A further announcement will be made in due course.
