In accordance with the requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 
9.6.11, Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited announces that, 
after almost 13 years on the Board and the last two as Chairman, Richard 
Barfield has retired as from the Board of Standard Life Investments Property 
Income Trust Limited, effective 2 June 2016. 

The Board wish to thank Richard for all his work and notes that he has been a 
great asset to the Company, especially during his tenure as Chairman, and are 
grateful to him for his guidance, insight and expertise. 

In addition, the Company announces that Robert Peto has been appointed Chairman 
of the Board with effect from 2 June 2016.
