The Company announces that, following a purchase of 9,886 shares by Mrs 
Christine Pearmund, the wife of Mr John Pearmund, a Director of the Company, Mr 
Pearmund is now interested in 59,131 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company 
(representing 0.08% of the Ordinary shares in circulation). 
 
The shares were purchased on 30 March 2010 at a price of GBP1.0265. All the 
shares are held in an ISA.
