                    Announcement of Third Quarterly Dividend
                       For the  year ending 30 June 2006

Third Quarterly Dividend

The Board has declared a third quarterly dividend of 2.05p net per share which
will be payable on 8 June 2006 to all holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register
of Members at the close of business on 12 May 2006.

Together with the earlier payments for the financial year 2005/06, this gives a
total for the year to date of 5.95p per share.
