It is with regret that the Company announces that Jeffrey Rubins, Chairman of 
the Company, passed away earlier today. Jeffrey contributed significantly to the 
Company since its Admission to AIM in 2006 and will be sadly missed. 
 
Stephen Blank, the Company's Finance Director, has been appointed as acting 
Chairman.
