York Pharma Plc, a company of which Mr Norman Freedman was a non executive 
director, was placed into administration on 27 July 2009. The Board of Astek are 
pleased to confirm that Mr Freedman will continue to act as a non executive 
director of Astek and that this announcement has been made to satisfy the
