                         Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd.
                                (the "Company")

                            Notification of Interest

Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces that
it was notified on 1 August 2007 that the following transfers had been effected
on 27 June 2007:

1. Volcano Fjarfesting ehf transferred its interest in 3,661,942 ordinary shares
of the Company (the "Shares") to Volcano Finance B.V. for a consideration of
Euro7,320,684.20; and thereafter

2. Volcano Finance B.V. transferred its interest in the Shares to Atorka Holding
B.V. for a consideration of Euro7,320,684.20.

The Company has been informed that Atorka Holding B.V., Volcano Fjarfesting ehf
and Volcano Finance B.V. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Atorka Group hf.
