Advance Capital Invest plc ("the Company") was informed on 22 June 2004 that Mr
P Bowskill has acquired an additional 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Following this latest purchase Mr P Bowskill
now holds 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.1 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
