pence per share. Farkland Ventures Inc is a company belonging to Rialco Trust, 
the beneficiaries of which are Andreas Rialas and his family. Andreas Rialas now
has an interest in 13,545,833 shares  in the Company, representing 19.56 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
