Director Shareholdings

Absolute Capital Management, today announces that on 25 October 2006, Sean Ewing
*, Chairman and Michael Kloter**, Non Executive Director purchased 3,225
ordinary shares at 208p each. Darren Sisk, Finance Director and Jonathan
Treacher, Non Executive Director also made initial purchases of 3,225 ordinary
shares at 208p each.


In addition, Florian Homm***, Chief Investment Officer, John Lowry, Head of
Sales and Distribution and Ullrich Angersbach****, Head of Investor Relations
also purchased 3,225 ordinary shares at 208p each.

*Doyne Investments Limited, a Company incorporated under the laws of British
Virgin Islands, holds 7,140,725 ordinary shares representing 13.19% of the
Company's issued share capital. Doyne is owned by First Tower Trustees Limited
as Trustee of the Trust, of which the potential beneficiaries include Sean
Ewing.


**Michael Kloter's beneficial interest has increased to 96,975 ordinary shares,
representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.


***CSI Asset Management Establishment holds 27,650,055 ordinary shares
representing 51.08% of the company's issued share capital, a Liechtenstein
Anstalt the potential beneficiaries include the wife and children of Florian
Homm.


****Troy International Investments Limited, holds 2,859,919 ordinary shares
representing 5.28% of the company's issued share capital. Troy is owned by MPR
Trust Company Limited as trustee of a trust, of which the potential
beneficiaries include Ullrich Angersbach
