                              Exercise of Options


Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that it
has issued and allotted 1,062,500 Ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each at a price of
Euro0.24 per share, pursuant to an exercise of options by Doyne Investments Limited
("Doyne"). The exercise increases Doyne's holding in the Company to 7,137,500
shares representing 14.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was notified of the exercise of options by Doyne on 15 June 2006 and
an application for admission for trading of the shares on AIM will be submitted
shortly.


The total number of shares in issue following this exercise of options is
51,062,500
