Asian Citrus was notified on 4 January 2011 that Maxwell (Mauritius) Pte Ltd and Mantaray (Mauritius), indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, subscribed for 61,126,000 and 4,000 000 new ordinary shares respectively on 30 December 2010.

Following the transaction, Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited now holds 65,126,000 ordinary shares representing 5.37% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
