Interim Management Statement as at 11 November 2010
This Interim Management Statement is provided in accordance with Rule 4.3 of the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules and also includes relevant information in
respect of the period from 1 September 2010 to the date of issue of this
announcement. This statement has been prepared solely to provide additional
information in order to meet the relevant requirements Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, and should not be relied on by shareholders, or any other
party, for any other purpose.
Investment Objective:
To invest in a wide variety of quality stocks both in the UK and abroad, seeking
consistent growth in capital and income.
Recent Material Events:
The board were pleased to announce the appointment of Manjit Wolstenholme as
non-executive director commencing September 1st 2010.
The board announced an interim dividend of 3.9p with the half year results. The
shares went XD on 27th October 2010.
