Statement re Shareholder Notification

ABLON Group Limited ("ABLON" or the "Company"), a leading real estate owner and developer in Central Europe, was informed on 24 December 2012 that Mr. Radovan Vítek, a Czech national private person, owner of CPI Group, has acquired through several share transactions dated 21 December 2012 a total of 13,854,113 ordinary shares, equalling 10.12% of the issued shares and voting rights in the Company which represents his entire beneficial interests in the Company.
