Appointment of Directors

ABLON Group Limited ("ABLON" or "the Company"), a leading real estate owner and developer in Central Europe, announces that further to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 5 December 2012, it appointed Wolfhard Fromwald as a Director of the Company and Marek Modecki as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Wolfhard Fromwald, aged 60, worked as a Chief Financial Officer of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in Vienna, a property investment company. Mr Fromwald has served at senior management positions at a number of CA Immo's subsidiaries, including CA Immo Germany.

Mr Marek Modecki, aged 53, worked at Concordia Espirito Santo Investment as a Senior Banker and is currently the Managing Partner at 21 Concordia, a private equity firm investing into and supporting medium sized companies in Poland and in Central Europe.

Mr Wolfhard Fromwald served on the Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), a property investment company listed on Vienna Stock Exchange.

Mr Marek Modecki is also a member of the Board of Immobel S.A, a property development firm listed on Brussels Stock Exchange. Mr Modecki is also a member of the Board of Pegas Nonwovens S.A., the holding company of Pegas Nonwovens, the synthetic nonwoven textiles producer listed on Prague Stock Exchange. Mr Modecki is also a member of the Board of NFI Empik Media & Fashion S.A., a media goods distributor listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Wolfhard Fromwald and Marek Modecki.
