  DEALINGS BY DIRECTOR 


 




  Ablon Group Limited ("Ablon" or "the Company"), a leading real estate owner and developer in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that Aura Holding G.M.B.H. ("Aura Holdings") today purchased 1,042,931 Ordinary shares each at a price of 66p. per share. Following this transaction Aura Holdings has a total holding of 34,327,932 shares. 


 




  As a result of his 100% stake in Aura Holdings, Mr. Uri Heller, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, now has a direct and indirect interest of 34,696,014 Ordinary Shares or 31.71% of Ablon's issued shares with voting rights.
