Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, is pleased to announce that a long-term US based client in the financial services sector has agreed an extended two year contract worth in excess of GBP0.7 million effective as of September 2013. Under the Company's new revenue recognition policy, approximately GBP0.2m of this contract is expected to be recognised in the current financial year, with the remainder adding to Imaginatik's growing level of deferred contracted revenue.
