In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market 
of the following: 
 
Albion  Income  &  Growth  VCT  PLC's  capital  as  at  31 July 2012 consists of 
47,010,118 Ordinary  shares with  a nominal  value of  1p each. Albion  Income & 
Growth VCT PLC holds 4,550,867 shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore,  the total number of voting rights  in Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC 
is  42,459,251, which may  be used  by shareholders  as the  denominator for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest  in, or  change to  their interest  in, Albion  Income & Growth VCT PLC 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
