Arana Therapeutics Limited, (AIM: AAHx ASX: AAH) (the "Company"), the Australian
biopharmaceutical company that uses superior technology to develop next
generation drugs that will improve the lives of patients with inflammatory
diseases and cancer has identified on 8 February 2008 that Rockwell Securities
Limited increased its holding from 18,361,279 ordinary shares of the Company
(7.8% of the issued share capital of the Company) as at 23 January 2008 to
18,853,224 ordinary shares of the Company (8.02% of the issued share capital) as
at 7 February 2008.
