Sale of Retained Bonds

Further to our statement of 9 August 2017 (RNS Number : 5196N) the presentation to be used at meetings with fixed income investors to discuss the possible sale of the GBP30m of the above Bonds which CHARM Finance plc currently holds as Retained Bonds as defined in the Prospectus of the Issuer dated 26th August 2015 can be found at https://www.churchofengland.org/media/4031360/investor-presentation-august-2017-v011-06092017.pdf.

Any sale will be subject to market conditions.
